i'm only six hours away from a week long vacation, which will be the longest amount of time since chicago that i've gone without working.

the saddest part is that i just didn't have time to organize a proper vacation.

i have friends all over the place, but just didn't get off my duff to plan anything.

plus going back to chicago for some time is an option, but having just been there for less than stellar reasons, well...

maybe i'm just making excuses. truthfully i'm just all sorts of tired. tired of winter, tired of working, tired of the routine.

where have i been? there's lots to tell of my absence from the DL, so much change has come over me in the last few months, leaps and bounds.

but now i'm must go forth to work.

there's more to tell, later.

but for now, i'm out.
